Certified Global Business Professional Preparation

The increasing globalization of business fills today’s competitive markets with both challenges and opportunities. Demonstrate your own competencies in global commerce by becoming nationally recognized as a NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP). This 5-part series, sponsored jointly by The International Business Council of Greater Rochester, NY and Nazareth College’s School of Management, brings together the rigor of study with the relevancy of skills that will prepare you for just such a challenge. Join the program this summer— Wednesdays, July 9 thru August 6, 2008 from 5:00-8:30 pm.


This fast-track curriculum is taught by industry experts who are CGBP credentialed. Each
component part of the series will be led by a practicing expert in that subject matter.
Designed to prepare candidates, experienced in international trade, to sit for the national CGBP
exam, the program is also suitable for individuals transitioning to a new career in global business.
Upon completion, participants will earn a Certificate of Achievement from Nazareth College.

July 16: Global Trade Finance
July 23: Global Supply Chain Management
July 30: Global Marketing
Aug. 6: CGBP Practice Test & Case Studies
